Jane’s Plot in Milford - Derbyshire

Jane’s plot is literally on the side of a hill. So how would you feel about being offered a plot like this?

The photo below shows the location of Jane’s plot - the view is along the Derwent Valley looking north.

The photo below was taken when the shed was erected, which is useful when it rains! Being on a slope, the plot had to be terraced and Jane also put in steps to the right. This is part of the Derwent Valley’s Mills World Heritage site. A lovely peaceful place, but it can get very windy.
