Our Garden
Although our garden isn’t very big it is divided into several distinct areas.
The sections below describes how out garden has evolved over the course of several years and may not be an accurate description of how things are looking now.
Gardens just keep changing.

Weedkiller contamination of compost and manure
Back in June 2008 many allotment growers, including us, fell victim to weedkiller contamination after using contaminated manure. Since then we have had problems with contaminated commercial compost,

If the leaves on your tomato or other susceptible plants are distorted, the problem may be down to using contaminated compost or manure.

Other plants also suffer from weedkiller contamination. There are plenty of photographs on these pages.

A summary of our experiences can be read here.

Places to visit
These are links to some of the garden and wildlife related visits that we have made. The visits span over several years, so the quality of the photographs and video varies as the equipment used and the experience of the person behind the camera improves.

Some places may have changed since our visit, however all were still open when I updated in January 2018.
