Visited Nostell saw first wigeon
Pruned and tidied autumn rapberries
Mulched fruits bushes with manure
Completed path behind laurels

No gardening snowed

Camellias startung ti flower
Wren nest building
Took cuttings from sarcococca
Lots of fruit trees buddingcut back ferns
Pruned rises in the garden
Planted spare onions in gaps
Mulched more rhubarb and autumn raspberries
Dug remaining parsnips
Picked some daffodils
Someone’s busy
Still waiting for spring
Managed a little gardening

20 - 26 March

Harvested some leeks
Hard pruned sambucus nigra and hazels
Trimmed shrub roses
Primroses flowering

27 - 31 March

Swans nesting at Nostell
Celandines beginning to flower

    Just lovely seeing spring in your garden. I loved the wren, we have one hopping about. They are surprisingly loud! Gorgeous swan and water bird photos.xxx
