Repaired compost bay
Starting digging couch roots from rose border
First seeds arrived
Bulbs are emerging
Something new for 2017 - Part 1 melon

Provisional seed orders underway
9 - 15 January
Black raspberry arrived and potted up
Hellebores in bud - hellebore niger has flowers
Fruit trees given winter wash
More sorting of perennial bed on plot
Harvested hellebores and sprouts

16 - 22 January
Cleared most of the leaves from hellebores
Hellebores in bud
Snowdrops are shooting up
Main seed order has arrived.

Took part in the Big Garden Birdwatch
Tidied up the front garden bed
Lots of bulbs popping through
Bought seed potatoes.
