Breezy Knees is situated 5 miles from the centre of York and covers 20 acres

 

The gardens are attached to a nursery offering a range of perennials. The site is set out as many separate garden ares. Perennial borders are the dominant features of the gardens which also include a shady area and pond, a rock garden, a rose garden, a conifer garden, a cottage garden and a formal garden with a fountain
