The temperature didn&#8217;t manage to get much above freezing all day on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>We don\u2019t often get gale force northerly winds. Mostly our strongest winds blow in a westerly direction. The strongest gust of wind I\u2019ve recorded occurred on 29 November 2015 with a speed of 43mph. In comparison storm Arwen managed only 26mph but I\u2019m not complaining.<\/p>\n<p>Needless to say with the atrocious weather we haven\u2019t been to the allotment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It\u2019s turned out that the weather models were correct when they forecast around a week ago we might get some snow.
