Checked inside the greenhouse for the first time in a good number of weeks. It looks like our agapanthus has survived the cold weather.<\/p>

Our seed potatoes have been stored in sacks in the garage since they were bought in early January. They needed to be in a frost free place through the worst of February’s cold weather. They have now been moved into the greenhouse to chit.<\/p>

They’ve been covered with fleece as protection against any frosts. If any extremely cold nights are forecast I might have to move them into a warmer overnight location.<\/p>

Visited the plot on 27th February. The grass paths on plots 41 &42 were strimmed and the roses in the perennial bed were pruned. Some tidying up was done to the top border on plot 41.<\/p>

Another lovely February afternoon on the 28th so we spent the afternoon at the allotment. The paths to plots 28, 29 and 30 were strimmed. Some tidying up done on plot 28\/29 and Sue started clearing the bed on plot 41.<\/p>
