Apache: Maincrop

Apache potato stands out from the crowd. With warm red skin dotted with cream coloured patches, the eye-catching variety is sweet tasting with a buttery chestnut flavour. It’s small, round and has a slightly waxy texture.

Carlingford: Maincrop

Carlingford performs reliably from late plantings giving good yields of round, smooth-skinned creamy-white fleshed tubers. These boil beautifully bringing that true ‘new potato’ taste to your meals.

Carolus: Maincrop

Carolus is an attractive potato with a distinct red eye. This is a gardener friendly variety with resistance to both foliage and tuber blight, making it ideal for growing on allotments and those who prefer to grow organically. Matures as a maincrop and has a slightly floury texture and yellow flesh. The large, uniform potatoes can be dug up to make delicious baking potatoes as well as roasts and mash.

Elfie: Second early

An award winning variety and a very distinctive 2nd early with delicious, creamy yellow flesh with a rich, sweet and buttery taste. New to the market, Elfe is ideal for boiling, makes wonderful mash and can also be baked.

Jazzy: Second Early

The small waxy tubers are much more versatile than other salad potatoes and literally bursting with flavour - whether you boil, mash, roast or steam them. This exciting new second early variety has been awarded an RHS AGM for its superb garden performance.

Mayan Gold: Early Maincrop

Yellow skinned, long, oval, tubers with a deep golden flesh, a unique nutty flavour, and an extremely creamy, yet dry texture. This exclusive early maincrop Potato 'Mayan Gold' has proven exceptionally popular with chefs and the restaurant trade. Fantastic for chips and roast potatoes with a crispy texture and fluffy centres. Superb flavour when cooked in its skin, and for all cooking uses except boiling, as tubers tend to disintegrate.

Cara: Maincrop

High yields of large, round tubers with excellent resistance to disease and stores well. Boil, mash, saute, bake or roast. Blight tolerant. Colour - white, red eyes. Shape - short oval.

Casablanca: First Early

An all-rounder combining delicious taste and floury texture with good yields. Steam, mash, chip, saute, bake or roast.

Kestrel: Second Early

A wonderful old fashioned taste, which absorbs less fat when it is cooking. Good for the show bench and resistant to slugs. Colour - white, blue. Shape - long oval. Boil, steam, mash, chip, saute, bake or roast.

Nadine: Maincrop

A variety with mild flavour and waxy texture. Good for salads and boiling.

Osprey: Second Early

Rooster: Maincrop

Vivaldi: Second Early

High yields of potatoes that are lower in carbohydrates and calories than other varieties, making them ideal for slimmers! Very versatile, with a unique texture. Colour - white. Shape - oval. New, boil, steam, mash, saute, bake or roast.
